and the moon makes way to light
I find my way home
haiku my heart blooms on fridays

placing herself here
she thought maybe it might stick
having no weight she wanders
waiting for what would occur
beneath her
possessing stars, the night comes
and goes, she tosses one randomly
as petals from the perfect petunia
cheerful and chatty she bends
to behave in a weightless want
of wandering

one,..
touched by a tender tendril of toughness
you rub the raw from my heart
we gather old cobwebs and
make silk socks of togetherness
two,..
sometimes in the uncertain
you bring me back
where no one likes to step
you hook your arm around
my waist, and with
steady heart you sooth and rock
you provoke me landward
read write poem napowrimo day 14: you want me to write what? write a cleave poem. thanks for the intro nicole to this form. also do stop by nicole’s and take this RWP poll; three word wednesday: brash, lubricate, saint; photo: Morning-call bird, sichun1029, flickr
morning hollars come brash bickering birds
lubricate the lights of night fantasy flying feathers
curtain flowing wind starry saints singing
standing silent stay there’s nothing here weeping
shoreline breaching walls knowledge seeking might
wet sand sinking rushing wrecking ball
disappearing disposition crushing bitter bite
