haiku my heart, napowrimo 2021, tanka

23.bare

bare bones beautiful
roused from a revered rainbow
stirred from the silent
daylight dawn delivery
slumbering snooze awaken

napowrimo day 23. Rebecca’s Friday Haiku My Heart

poets note: morning’s light is always a dream awakening. no different this morning.. grasping onto a fleeting dream… now who were those people and where were we…

the cognizant invisibility
of my digital clock
red light’s silent
thunderous ticking

it’s always this way
overcome with restless-ness
suspended sleep
even here with peace
lying beside me
in gentle waves of water

all wet
a quiet noise comes
the sandman
his twinkling  toes
and pink gold floating dust

cannot help but to
take flight the
midnight cool air
a singsong bird’s call
chimera dripping rainbow

we soon soar
peeling past the
canopy effervescent stars

subtlety steady
straight ahead
there’s nothing so like this
not even hot butttered
blueberry pancakes

illusion

written in wonder
chronicles nature buried
rainbow related

captured overhead
pure optical illusion
deluge of water

fountains of the deep
floodgates open arrid sky
convenant appears

destruction desolved
floating raft menagerie
awaits olive branch

sky water and sun
moonbows captured in the light
heaven’s mystery
