rebecca’s friday recuerda mi corazon [haiku my heart]
photo: bluesky, cubagallery, flickr
with a little poke
push forward
strong stir of sorts
soft and simple
arousal unwind
unrestrained wander
slippery stillness
uncoil the knot
swayed by stars
crashing chimera
calming cacophony
comes the eerie echo
a time blows by
when we weren’t watching

last stanza, that first “a” changes the whole thing…
If you wanna talk about Sirens’ Song, email me: gonon20@aol.com. Could I hear the tune? 🙂
An intriguing word journey. I enjoyed this very much!
The unseen is perceptible, written magically, just by you.
I love these “recuerda mi corazón”!.
Recuerda mi corazon, remember my heart. But the ‘you’ isn’t easy to pin down. It might be you, yourself, looking inward. This is a lovely read aloud, all sorts of possibilities, open and accessible. Lovely work, Pie. Amy

The wonder of it all goes on forever……….like stars, wind and rain……….on and on and on…….

You have a wonderful way with words…
So playful… and provocative, too. I “saw” things, fleeting… Very cool. wordsmith!
I adore your wordplay, Ms. pie. No one, and I mean no one, does it better than you, alliteration, assonance, consonance, you name it, you are queen, and so evocative. Thank you for your kind words on my haiku post and for stopping by Indaba as well. I have a charity post there today. If you have time to stop in. If not, no worries.
