this poison ignites
unstoppable searing flames
ransack and ravage

conflicting shadows
peaceful personality
replaced anima

no longer alone
bedridden bumbling bee
paralyzing sting

visiting a friend who awaits oncoming death i linger and chat, smiling enjoying her company knowing the inevitable is near
