fugacious conflict

without reason
hurried heart howls

aimless stutter
shifts high gear

in humility
blankets the noise

subdued shadows
sustain simplicity

the cure
one motions mutely

back around
i never ask

  1. kind of sad but somehow looking at the image and reading the poem, it seem so casual as if these things happen all the time and that the person is just brushing it all off, guess I’m reading too much into it, but I think it is the haynaku format that makes me think this way

  2. Wounded hearts…when my mother was very old she would answer the door with out any clothes on. I never again convinced her it was necessary. Her heart was broken too.

  3. Barbara loved yr comment… never thought abt physical nakedness being a relief… i shall consider the next time the doorbell rings….. raw healing is just as transitory as breathing, don’t you think…
