intimate chatter

Photobucket

bear with me
this one thing
covered in secret
hiding beneath
the bed of sorrow

wrapped perfectly
in color and ribbon
holding yesterday intact

layer upon layer
sandy beaches
salty waves
replace the dark hollow
rainbows built on
perfect betrayal

  1. sometimes i wonder where the true beauty lies… is it in the memory or the ribbons with which we have tied it together….. beautiful

  2. I loved this: “Holding yesterday intact.” I wonder if that’s what grief does. Puts things in perfectly wrapped packages… You’ve done a great job here.

writing is everything...
