Michelle’s Poefusion Friday 5 this week’s prompt: brittle, aluminum foil, Polaroid, skunk, salt; photo: sarahmusselman01, photobucket
searching for something
the old brittle Polaroid
salted the tasteless
view for revelation
clearing the clouds
of skunk-filled mist
the scent of discovery
stopped clarity cold
lost without memory
aluminum foil wrapped
for better reception
the search continued
absent abstraction

day 13 NaPoWriMo…
excellent on both counts… and as far as napo goes.. it is thirty poems in thirty days… no one ever said what days and how many poems per day… its all about the challenge…
both good, i especially like the first one.
I love both. Keep writing!
slow demise
Good!
I enjoyed reading both and your choice of photos was perfect. Safe travels and ‘see’ you soon.
