    Your poem is a perfect interpetation for being stranded.

    It got me thinking of how many things in life people forget. I am a musician and have not played in over 20 years.

  4. barren without blooms – lovely line – and the truth. One of the things I had to give up when my life fell apart was my piano. I still miss it terribly. Heartbreaking photo… yet beautiful.

    I never thought of stranded in that light, but you brought back a memory of a man I met as a young teenager – and stranded fits that and what you wrote.
