Translucent Hours 1.2.

Poefusion Friday 5 prompt: cohere, dandelion, immerse, create, glass
Photo: misstaylormoore, photobucket

filled with remembrance
the crystal glass vase
immersed the room
with a soft subtle scent
of rich red roses

created by lasting memories
covertly cohered
in tiny grains
of crushed sand
poised upon the polished table

waiting for water
the fresh bouquet of dandelions
anticipated their beautiful

* * * * * * * *

love me always until then
early morning
empty glass
spills over
last night’s moonlight

between the hours
love creates
coherent truths
immersed in magic

dandelion days
bitter taste
greets the dawn

  1. I love this. I picture a young couple spending time together and regretting it the next day. And,I got it mostly from the spilled water over last night’s moonlight which, by the way, is a good line. Have a nice night.

Mine is up here, “Cohering Sunshine”, if you would like to read it. Happy Writing~

  2. This is beautiful. There are some many phrases that I like that it’s hard to single any out for special mention.

(I have still to write my poem for last week’s Friday 5).
