haiku my heart.living
1.
12 words of wonder
shifting back and forth knowing
tombstone mumblings
2.
catching quiet wind
grasping loosely never told
sand slipping stories
3.
coyote calm coo
he clearly saw the remains
heartfelt howl hiss
4.
i’m trying you know
leaving it all behind me
dead dry roses cry

These living words are beautifully poignant… I hear that coyote… the red branches you ask, are from a type of willow in my neighbors yard, I think they may be holding some tears for your beautiful haiku…
Wonderful haiku ~ very visual words ~~ namaste, Carol (Share the Creative Journey) and A Creative Harbor
Incredible. Visually stunning.
Some words are words and other words are like mind-blowing mini-stories, fragmenting and enlightening, cracking open memories. That is what your haikus feel like to me.
These are poignant and excellently done.
absolutely beautifully evocative and emotive – touching the core of the matter indeed!
the third stanza is my Favorite…
